This summer our 3 ponds got a well overdue makeover. The Kent County Levy Court will accept the petition of the Parkers Run HOA when at least 51% the homeowners vote in favor for acceptance into the Kent County Stormwater Maintenance District Program. The Kent County Levy Court will levy a fee of $28.00 per property annually in the community through Kent county taxes if approved.  This will allow Kent County to be responsible for any minor and major repairs needed to one of our 3 ponds. Therefore, HOA funds will not need to be set aside to prepare for these types of repairs. Please contact the management company to vote.
